Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, whether it’s a quality issue or simply not what you expected, we’re here to help and will make sure the return process is clear, fair, and easy.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Items that are damaged, worn, washed, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

How To Request A Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Our customer support team will provide instructions, including the return shipping address and any required return authorization details.

Please do not return items without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defect, etc.), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage. AllCraftDesigns is not liable for items lost in return transit.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout)
  • Items returned after the return window has expired

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged Or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue so we can review the case. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
